摘要
目的比较股动脉与桡动脉入路在冠脉介入诊疗术中疗效与并发症情况。方法按照随机数字表法将行冠脉介入诊疗的180例患者均分为桡动脉组和股动脉组各90例,桡动脉组选择左桡动脉入路实施冠脉介入诊疗术,股动脉组选择右股动脉入路实施冠脉介入诊疗术,比较两组穿刺和冠脉介入诊疗术实施情况、手术和术后恢复情况及术后并发症情况。结果桡动脉组与股动脉组一次性穿刺成功率和冠脉介入诊疗术成功率均较高且并无统计学差异(P>0.05);桡动脉组穿刺操作总时间、术毕加压包扎时间、术后卧床时间及术后住院时间均显著低于股动脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);桡动脉组术后并发症的总发生率显著低于股动脉组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论选择桡动脉入路实施冠脉介入诊疗术手术及术后恢复情况更佳,术后并发症发生率更低,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the chnical effect of femoral artery approach versus radial artery approach in percutaneous coronary intervention and related complications. Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention were divided into radial artery group and femoral artery group using a random number table, with 90 patients in each group. The patients in the radial artery group underwent percutaneous coronary intervention via the left radial artery approach, and those in the femoral artery group underwent percutaneous coronary intervention via the right femoral artery approach. The implementation of puncture and percutaneous coronary intervention, surgery, postoperative recovery, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results Both groups had high one-time success rates of puncture and percutaneous coronary intervention, with no significant differences between the two groups (P〉0.05). Compared with the femoral artery group, the radial artery group had significantly shorter total time of puncture operation, time of pressure dressing after surgery, time of postoperative bed rest, and length of postoperative hospital stay (P〈O.05), as well as a significantly lower overall incidence rate of postoperative complications (P〈0.05). Conclusion Pereutaneous coronary intervention via the radial artery approach has good surgical situations and postoperative recovery and a low incidence rate of postoperative complications. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
