摘要
本文以多酚含量及多酚得率为指标,比较了8种树脂对茶叶提取液的吸附解吸效果,筛选出适合茶多酚分离纯化的树脂。在此基础上,以单因素实验的方法研究了水洗液用量、乙醇浓度及用量、供试液浓度和澄清度对产品中多酚含量以及多酚得率的影响。结果显示,CG-8为纯化茶多酚的最佳树脂,当茶多酚供试液浓度为10 mg/m L,水洗液(2BV)、70%乙醇(2.5BV)时,澄清度为70.90%左右时,得到的产品多酚含量为98%,得率为85.8%。该方法所得的产品多酚含量高,工艺绿色,符合生产要求。
In this paper,adsorption and desorption effects of eight kinds of resins were studied,total tea polyphenols and yield are used as the indexes.The most suitable resin for purification of tea polyphenols was selected.On this basis,we investigated the influence of water washing volumes and ethanol volumes and the best concentration of ethanol,test solution concentration and clarity on total tea polyphenols and yield by a single factor test method.The results revealed that CG- 8 was the optimum resin for purification of tea polyphenols.The content of total tea polyphenols was 98%and the yield was 85.8%.When the test conditions were:tea polyphenols concentration 10 mg/mL,eluent 2BV of water and2.5BV 70%ethanol and the clarity of 70.90%.Under the above conditions,tea polyphenols content was 98%and yield was 85%.This method has high purity of polyphenols and is environmental friendly and fits for the industry.
