随着国内煤化工产业的大力发展,电石乙炔法产能不断提高,国内乙酸乙烯酯已呈现供大于求的态势。电石乙炔法厂家占据产业链和成本优势,但其产品中的丙酮和苯含量远高于乙烯法产品,环保性能较差。中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司用乙烯法生产的乙酸乙烯酯产品已申请到欧盟的准入证,环保性能优异,能满足更高的环保要求,为避免国内低价竞争,宜采用公式协议价的方式进入高端市场。

With the rapid development of coal chemical industry in China, the production capacity of carbide acetylene process has been improved continuously, and the domestic vinyl acetate has shown to be oversupply. The manufacturers of carbide acetylene process occupy the superiorities in industrial chain and cost, but the process is poor in environmental performance as the contents of acetone and benzene in its products are much higher than that in the products of ethylene method. The vinyl acetate products produced by SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. with ethylene method have been applied to the EU access permits with high environmental performance. It is proposed to introduce the products into high - end market with formula agreement price to avoid low prices competition in domestic market.
