Study on Blending of Coarse White Oil and its Economic Evaluation

摘要 中海油惠州石化有限公司利用来自4.0 Mt/a蜡油加氢裂化装置、3.6 Mt/a煤柴油加氢裂化装置和2.0 Mt/a焦化汽柴油加氢精制装置的煤油及柴油馏分进行了3号与5号粗白油调和实验及工业应用研究。实验和研究发现:蜡油加氢裂化及煤柴油加氢裂化的煤油单独或自然比例调和均能满足3号粗白油的质量标准;由于芳烃质量分数较高,焦化汽柴油加氢装置的柴油馏分无论单独使用或与其他两套加氢裂化装置的柴油馏分调和,均无法生产符合质量标准的5号粗白油调产品;两套加氢裂化的柴油按照20∶28的装置馏出量自然比例进行调和,调和后样品性质全部满足5号粗白油的产品质量标准。预计3号及5号粗白油的生产每年可为企业增效3.41亿元。 CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. carried out No. 3 and No. 5 coarse white oil blending experiment and industrial application with kerosene and diesel oil produced from 4. 0 Mt/a wax oil hydrocracking unit, 3.6 Mt/a coal ~tiesel hydrocracking unit and 2. 0 Mt/a eoking gasoline and diesel hydrotreating unit. Experiments and research showed that: the kerosene produced by wax oil hydrogenation hydrocracking and coal diesel hydrocracking can meet the quality standards of No. 3 coarse white oil when using alone or blending with natural ratio; but the diesel fraction produced with coking gasoline and diesel hydrogenation unit cannot produce No. 5 coarse white oil products meeting quality standards whether using alone or blending with diesel fraction produced by the other two hydrocracking unit due to the high mass fraction of aromatics ; the blending diesel blended with diesel fractions from the two sets of hydrocracking units with natural ratio of20:28 could meet the quality standards of No. 5 coarse white oil. The No. 3 and No. 5 thick white oil is expected to achieve annual efficiency of RMB341 million.
