现代教育的重要特征是强调受教育者的主体性,要求在教育教学中要尊重学生的人格,尊重学生的主人翁地位,要想方设法调动和发挥学生的主动性。我们的班级自主教育模式,其基本的指导思想是从情感人手,以追求高层次发展为目标,在教育心理学的指导下,把知情意三者紧密结合起来,以培养健康心理为突破口来修炼道德意志品质,从而为培养面向新世纪的全新人才奠定基础。

An important characteristic of modern education is to emphasize the subjectivity of the educated, to respect students＇ personality and mastership in education and teaching, and to find ways to mobilize students＇ initiative. The basic guiding ideology of our class independent education model is to closely integrate knowledge, emotion and will, with emotion as the starting point, the pursuit of higher-level development as the goal, and educa- tional psychology as the guidance. Its aims is to cultivate moral will and quality with the cultivation of healthy psychology as the breakthrough point, so as to cultivate new talents for the new century.
