大学生入党积极分子是党的后备军的重要培养对象。结合新形势,创新大学生入党积分子在培训的管理方式、具体形式、教育内容是确保积极分子培训质量的重要途径。本文出发点是对照大学生入党积极分子中存在问题,研究大学生入党积极分子培养的有效途径研究。具体提出了从源头抓的质量、积分制管理、推进培训"供给侧"形式、培训实行"实训化"、培训课程创新多样化四个有效途径。

College student Party activists are an important training object of the Party＇s reserve army. Combining with the new situation, it is an important way to ensure the quality of the training of activists by innovating the management methods, specific forms and education contents of the training of college student Party activists. Based on the problems of college student Party activists, this paper studies the effective ways to cultivate college student Party activists, including enhancing the training quality from the starting point, carrying out score-based management, advancing the ＂supply side＂ form of training, and increasing practical training courses.
