医学专业大学生就业问题分析及对策研究

An Analysis of the Employment Problems of Medical Students and the Countermeasures

本文认真分析了医学毕业生初次就业率连年下降、医学生待就业人数逐年增多等医学生就业问题的现状,并从政府应进一步发挥宏观调控的作用、规范劳动力市场建设、学校应大力推进大学生就业工作以及提高医学生自身素质四个方面提出了解决医学专业大学生就业问题的对策和建议。

This paper analyzes the employment problems of med- ical students, such as the decline of employment rate in successive years, and the gradual increase in the number of medical graduates year by year. Then the writer puts forward four countermeasures to solve the problems, including giving further play to the government＇s role of macroeconomic regulation and control, regulating the labor market construction, vigorously implementing employment guidance in colleges, and improving medical sindents＇ personal quality.
