西南少数民族地区农村富余劳动力就业培训满意度评估

Satisfaction Evaluation on the Employment Training of Rural Surplus Labor Force in Southwest Minority Areas

本文利用20个西南少数民族自治县的调查数据,采用模糊综合评价法对西南少数民族地区农民就业培训满意度进行了分析。研究结果表明:西南少数民族地区农民就业培训满意分数为42.4,其处于一般满意状态,西南五省中满意度从高到低依次为重庆市、四川省、云南省、贵州省以及广西省,其中四川和重庆农民就业培训处于一般满意状态,而云南、贵州和广西三省农民就业培训处于不满意状态。对于农民就业培训工作,四川和重庆应该在培训运作方面做进一步的调整,云南和贵州在政府服务方面有待加强,而广西省在农民就业培训政策上亟须改革。

Based on the survey data of 20 southwest minority autonomous counties, this paper analyzes the satisfaction degree of farmers＇ employment training in southwest minority areas by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the sat- isfaction score of employment training for farmers in southwest minority areas is 42.4, which is in the general state of satisfaction. The satisfaction rates, from the highest to the lowest, in southwest, are the following five provinces, Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. And farmers＇ employment training in Sichuan and Chongqing is a general state of satisfaction, while farmers＇ employment training in Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi provinces is in a state of dissatisfaction. For farmers＇ employment training, Sichuan and Chongqing should make further adjust- ments in the training operation. Yunnan and Guizhou need to strengthen government services, while Guangxi Province needs to reform the policy of employment training.
