一种观点认为人与自然之间的伦理关系问题以及受人与自然关系影响的人与人之间的关系问题构成了当代环境问题的主题,因此解决环境问题也即是解决人与自然之间及人与人之间的矛盾问题。本文从环境伦理的维度解读"美丽绍兴"的内涵,旨在提供当前新型社会构建的理论依据,进一步挖掘城市发展的战略意义。文章指出"美丽绍兴"的提法不仅涵盖了城市建设的经济指向、政治指向,也涵盖了生态环境指向。随着人类文明的进步,人的理性自律精神赋予了社会发展的伦理向度。"美丽绍兴"的概念内在要求了城市发展所需的一种良性的自然环境及社会环境,抓住了环境问题背后的深层矛盾。

A view holds the relationship between man and nature and the relationship between man and man influenced by it constitute the theme of contemporary environmental issues, so to solve environmental problems is to solve the contradictions between man and nature as Well as man and man. This paper analyzes the connotation of ＂beautiful Shaoxing＂ from the dimension of environmental ethics, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the current construction of a new society and further tap the strategic significance of urban development. The article points out that the formulation of ＂beautiful Shaoxing＂ not only covers the economic orientation and political orientation of urban construc- tion, but also covers the orientation of ecological environment. With the progress of human civilization, human＇s rational self-discipline endows social development with an ethical dimension. The concept of ＂beautiful Shaoxing＂ inherently demands a kind of benign natural environment and social environment for urban development, and seizes the deep contradiction behind environmental problems.
