摘要 本文通过用AA3连续流动注射法和钼酸铵分光光度法测地表水的总磷来做比较分析,通过本试验可以看出AA3连续流动注射法检测结果与钼酸铵分光光度法的检测方式虽然相差不大,但是使用AA3连续流动注射法自动化程度高,适合大批量分析水样。 In this paper,we measured the total phosphorus of surface water by Spectrophotometry with AA3 continuous flow injection and ammonium molybdate,and did comparative analysis. Through this test,it can be seen that the test results difference between the two detection methods of injection AA3 continuous flow and ammonium molybdate spectrophotometric is not big,but the AA3 continuous flow injection method is more automotive,and suitable for large quantities of water sample analysis.
