风电场危险源辨识与风险预控方法探究

The Exploration of Hazard Source Identification and Risk Precontrol Methods in Wind Farm

针对风电定员少、年轻员工多、作业环境恶劣、作业点分散、安全监管难度大等实际情况，结合现有危险源辨识相关的法规、标准及预控方法，对风电现场作业危险源辨识和风险预防性控制措施进行探讨与研究，提出防范作业风险的方法及思路。

According to practical situation that wind farm involves less staff, more young stuff, worse operating environment, more operating points, harder safety management, combine the law. Standard and risk control method of hazard source identification, the hazard source identification and risk control methods of wind farm are discussed and studied, and methods and ideas are offered in order to guard against operating risk.
