摘要
目的:研究大花金钱豹根的化学成分。方法:采用现代色谱技术对大花金钱豹根的正丁醇萃取部位进行分离和纯化,根据化合物光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从大花金钱豹根中分离纯化得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:柯伊利素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、腺苷(2)、9-α-D-arabinofuranosyladenine(3)、党参炔苷(4)、cordifolioidynes B(5)、正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(6)、(E)-2-hexenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从金钱豹属植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Campanumoea javanica subsp.javanica.Methods:The compounds from the n-butyl fraction of roots were isolated by various chromatographic techniques and identified by spectroscopic methods.Results:Seven compounds were obtained and identified as chrysoeriol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),adenosine(2),9-α-D-arabinofuranosyladenine(3),lobetyolin(4),cordifolioidynes B(5),n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside(6) and(E)-2-hexenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7).Conclusion:All the compounds are reported from this plant for the first time,and all the compounds are isolated from this genus for the first time.
