摘要
目的:研究壮药白花九里明化学成分。方法:以硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20柱等色谱方法对白花九里明乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从该植物地上部分的乙酸乙酯萃取部位共分离鉴定出了8个化合物,分别为:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),小麦黄素(Ⅱ)、(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2R)-2-羟基二十四烷酰氨基]-10-十八烷-1,3,4-三醇(Ⅲ)、Δ^(5,22)豆甾醇-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、咖啡酸乙酯(Ⅴ)、异绿原酸C(Ⅵ)、咖啡酸(Ⅶ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅲ~Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents from Blumea megacephala.Methods:The isolation and purification of the compounds were performed by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were determined by comparing their physicochemical characters and spectral data with literature.Results:Eight compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ),tricin(Ⅱ),(2S,3S,4R,10E)-2-[(2R)-2-hydroxytetracosanoylamino]10-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(Ⅲ),Δ-(5,22) stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glycopyranoside(Ⅳ),ethyl caffeate(Ⅴ),isochlorogenic acid C(Ⅵ),caffeic acid(Ⅶ),daucosterol(Ⅷ).Conclusion:Compounds Ⅲ-Ⅶ are isolated from this plant for the first time.
