白族药用植物头花龙胆品质评价的初步探讨

Primary Discussion for Quality Evaluation of Medicinal Plants of Gentiana cephalantha in Bai Nationality

目的:对大理州不同居群白族药用植物头花龙胆进行品质评价初步探讨。方法:采用HPLC法测定大理州不同居群头花龙胆根及根茎中龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苦苷、獐芽菜苷、苦龙胆酯苷的含量,并建立其HPLC指纹图谱,用单因素方差分析、聚类分析、主成分分析等方法对头花龙胆根及根茎中主要活性成分进行品质评价。结果:大理州不同居群头花龙胆根及根茎中龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苦苷、獐芽菜苷、苦龙胆酯苷含量(P<0.01)具有极显著差异,龙胆苦苷含量超过中国药典坚龙胆限量标准的5倍;头花龙胆HPLC指纹图谱中有19个共有峰,相似度均在0.995以上,同时与其相同居群的坚龙胆指纹图谱共有模式有15个共有峰;不同居群头花龙胆中龙胆苦苷、獐芽菜苦苷、獐芽菜苷、苦龙胆酯苷总含量聚类分析和HPLC指纹图谱主成分分析结果一致。结论:大理州不同居群头花龙胆根及根茎中龙胆苦苷含量高、品质好,为白族民间长期用头花龙胆替代坚龙胆入药提供重要的依据。

Objective:To discuss the quality evaluation of medicinal plants of Gentiana cephalantha in Bai Nationality from different habitats.Methods:The contents of gentiopicroside,swertiamarin,sweroside and amarogentin in the root and rhizome of Gentiana cephalantha in Bai Nationality from different habitats were determined by HPLC,and the HPLC fingerprint was established.The quality were evaluated by one-way Anova,cluster analysis and principal component analysis(PCA).Results:There was significant difference(P<0.01) in the contents of gentiopicroside,swertiamarin,sweroside and amarogentin in the root and rhizome of Gentiana cephalantha in Bai Nationality from different habitats,the contents of gentiopicroside were more than quintuple the Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China standard;there were 19 common peaks in HPLC fingerprint of Gentiana cephalantha,the similarities of the characteristic peaks were all above 0.995,and there were 15 common peaks with fingerprint patterns of Gentiana rigescens from the same habitats;the total contents of gentiopicroside,swertiamarin,sweroside and amarogentin of Gentiana cephalantha from different habitats were similar as shown by cluster analysis and PCA of HPLC fingerprint.Conclusion:The content of gentiopicroside in the root and rhizome of Gentiana cephalantha from different habitats in Dali is high and good quality,which provides important basis for Bai Nationality using Gentiana cephalantha replace the Gentiana rigescens into medicine.
