温州近海中国鱚繁殖生物学初步研究

Preliminary Study on the Reproductive Biology of Sillago sinica from the Wenzhou Coastal Waters

对2016年5月采自温州近海的198尾中国鱚样品的体长、体重、纯重和性腺重等生物学指标进行了测定,并对其性比、绝对繁殖力及体长相对繁殖力、体重相对繁殖力等开展了初步研究。结果表明,温州近海中国鱚群体体长范围为158.2~223.6 mm,体重范围为32.6~122.1 g;卵巢内卵粒大小不均,应属分批产卵类型;其个体绝对繁殖力为12 194~23 4511粒,平均为85 704粒,体长相对繁殖力为67~1 156粒/mm,体重相对繁殖力为238~2 936粒/g;雌雄比例为2.4：1。

Biological indicators including body length, body weight, net weight and gonadal weight were analyzed based on the 198 Sillago sinica individuals collected from the coastal waters of Wenzhou in May, 2016. Moreover, a preliminary study of reproductive biology including sex ratio, the individual absolute fecun- dity （E） and the individual relative fecundity （E/L and E/W） were carried out. The results showed that the body length of S. sinica varied from 158.2 to 223.6mm, the weight ranged from 32.6 to 122.1 g; eggs in ovary were variable in size indicating S. sincia is a multiple spawning species; the individual absolute fecundity ranged from 12 194 to 234 511 （mean 85 704） eggs, the individual relative fecundity E/L ranged from 67-1 156 eggs/ mm, the individual relative fecundity E/W ranged from 238-2 936 eggs/g; the sex ratio is 2.4：1.
