摘要
对宁波、舟山附近海域潮间带沉积物中的总磷、总氮和总有机碳的含量及分布特征进行研究。结果表明,研究海域总磷浓度范为0.28~0.36 mg/g,平均值为0.32mg/g,总氮浓度范围为0.54~1.53 mg/g,平均值为0.95 mg/g,总有机碳浓度范围为2.33~13.29 mg/g,平均值为6.05 mg/g。相关性分析结果说明,总磷、总氮和总有机碳间有较好的相关性。根据Redfield比值显示研究区域沉积物中有机质的来源以海源为主,也受人类活动带来的陆源污染影响。评价结果显示沉积物中的磷,碳处于清洁状态,而氮具有一定的生态风险。
Total phosphorus (TP), total nitrogen (TN) and total organic carbon (TOC) contents in sediments from 19 tidal zones in the vicinity of Ningbo and Zhoushan were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the concentrations of TP, TN and TOC in sediment were 0.28-0.36 mg/g (average of 0.32 mg/g), 0.54-1.53 mg/g (average of 0.95 mg/g), 2.33-13.29 mg/g (average of 6.05 rag/g). The correlation analysis results showed that a good correlation among TP, TN and TOC. The ratio of parts of the study area of total organic carbon and total nitrogen is slightly higher than the ratio of Redfield, shows that the organic matters in sediment is not only influenced by marine plankton but also influenced by the human activities. Evaluation results showed thatthe TP and TOC majorly belonged to clean category. TN was at a moderate pollution level but not far from the category" of heavy pollution.
