供电系统是城市轨道交通安全运行的重要部分。介绍接触轨供电系统的电压制式、安装方式、结构形式。结合产品标准,说明现有集电靴和钢铝复合轨的结构特点和工作方式。设计更加贴近实际情况的接触轨和集电靴磨耗试验平台,为城轨第三轨供电受流器材的产品研发及检测提供数据支撑。
The power supply system is a key part for the safe operation of Urban Rail Transit. The article introduces the voltage form, installation mode and structural style of the contact rail power supply system. In combination of the product standard, it specifies the structural features and operate mode of existing collector shoes aluminum-steel conductor rails. It shall design an abrasion test stand with contact rails and collector shoes more conforming to the ac- tual situation, providing data support for the product R&D and inspection on third rail power supply and current col- lection devices.
