摘要
影响道岔尖轨不足位移因素很多,超限的不足位移,会影响行车安全。借鉴已有对消除不足位移的研究,在不改变道岔原有结构的基础上,考虑增加尖轨矢度从而增加尖轨反变形能力是目前最可行的方案。制定试验方案、明确获取数据要求、设置尖轨加弯方案,通过试验验证,开展针对道岔制造技术及工艺改进的研究,试验结果说明通过精细顶调是可以减小或消除不足位移的。
There are many factors influencing the inadequate displacement of turnout switch rail. The overranging in- adequate displacement can affect the safety in operation. Drawing lessons from studies that have been done to elimi- nate inadequate displacement, on the basis of not changing the original strnctureof turnouts, the most feasible solu- tion now is to increase the switch rail vector to enhance its reversible deformation performance. The article conducts a study on the turnout manufacturing technology and technological improvement by developing a test scheme, defining the data acquisition requirements, setting the switch rail bending scheme and carrying out experimental verifica- tions. The test results indicate that insufficient displacement can be reduced or eliminated by conducting fine tuning based on the extremes.
