论中国社会主义公有制经济发展的历史逻辑

On the Historical Logic of the Development of China's Socialist Public Ownership Economy

新中国成立以来,特别是改革开放以来,公有制经济改革和发展的实践,已经开始展现其成长和演变的历史过程。认识这一历史过程,探索其内在的发展逻辑,是理论经济学的重要研究内容和研究任务。本文认为,中国公有制经济的发展与中国社会主义工业化的推进是相辅相成的。从体制上,经历了从社会主义计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制的转变,从公有制经济发展的历史逻辑上,经历了由社会主义工业化的原始积累时期向社会主义工业化的资本积累时期的转变。

Since the founding of New China, especially since the reform and opening up, the practice of public ownership reform and development has begun to show the historical process of its growth and evolution. Understanding this historical process and exploring its inherent development logic is an important research topic as well as a research task of theoretical economics. This paper argues that the development of China＇s public ownership economy is mutually reinforcing with the advancement of China＇s socialist industrialization. From the institutional perspective, it has experienced a transition from the socialist planned economic system to the socialist market economic system; in terms of the historical logic of the development of public ownership economy, it has experienced a transition from the primitive accumulation to the capital accumulation in the socialist industrialization period.
