摘要
本文讲述一种制冷循环系统及其控制方法,涉及空调制冷系统领域,主要目的在于提高制冷循环系统在超低温制冷工况下的性能系数和可靠性。其主要采用的技术方案为:制冷循环系统,包括冷凝器、蒸发器和冷媒泵,所述蒸发器的冷媒出口与所述冷凝器的冷媒入口连接,所述冷媒泵的进流口与所述冷凝器的冷媒出口连接,所述冷媒泵的出流口与所述蒸发器的冷媒入口连接。相对于现有技术,由于冷媒泵的功率与压缩机相比要小得多,且可以无油润滑,因此超低温制冷工况下冷媒泵运行的性能系数和可靠性具有较大的优势,从而提高了在超低温制冷工况下采用冷媒泵的制冷循环系统的性能系数和可靠性。

Compared with the existing technology, as a result of refrigerant pump power compared with compressor is much smaller, and can be without oil lubrication, so the cryogenic refrigeration condition refrigerant performance coefficient and reliability of the pump operation has great advantages, and improve the refrigerant pump at the cryogenic refrigeration condition of the coefficient of performance and reliability of the refrigeration cycle system.
