疏肝益阳胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗早泄伴有勃起功能障碍的临床观察

Clinical study of Shugan Yiyang capsule combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of premature ejaculation associated with erectile dysfunction

目的:探讨疏肝益阳胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗早泄伴有勃起功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:本文选择我院2015年4月至2016年4月收治的157例患者随机分为治疗组(n=79)和对照组(n=78)。对照组采用文拉法辛治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合疏肝益阳胶囊治疗。观察比较两组IIEF-5评分、CIPE-5评分、HAD评分及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后IIEF-5评分比较,治疗组有效率为97.47%高于对照组70.51%(Z=-4.024,P=0.000)。治疗组CIPE-5评分轻度比率为63.29%,中度比率为29.11%高于对照组CIPE-5评分轻度比率为55.13%,中度比率为24.36%,而重度比率为7.59%低于对照组的重度比率20.51%(Z=-5.877,P=0.000)。治疗后,两组焦虑和抑郁评分与治疗前比较均显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组与对照组比较亦显著降低(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应率为6.33%显著低于对照组19.23%(χ~2=6.499,P=0.043)。结论:疏肝益阳胶囊联合文拉法辛治疗PE伴ED临床疗效显著,CIPE-5评分重度比率明显下降,焦虑和抑郁评分下降,不良反应轻,可以有效改善患者生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objectives： To investigate the clinical effect of Shugan Yiyang capsule combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of premature ejaculation（ PE） associated witherectile dysfunction（ ED）. Methods： 157 patients admitted into our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 79）and control group（ n = 78）. The control group was treated by venlafaxine,and the treatment group was additionally given Shugan Yiyang capsule. The International index for erectile function-5（ IIEF-5） score,Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation-5（ CIPE-5） score,Hospital anxiety and depression scale（ HAD） score and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment,the IIEF-5 score of the treatment group was 97. 47%,higher than that of 70. 51% in the control group（ Z =-4. 024,P = 0. 000）. In the treatment group,the mild ratio of CIPE-5 score was 63. 29% and moderate ratio was 29. 11%,which were statistically higher than those of the control group（ 55. 13%,24. 36%）,but the severe rate in treatment group（ 7. 59%） was statistically lower than that of the control group（ 20. 51%）（ Z =-5. 877,P = 0. 000）. After treatment,the HAD scores of anxiety and depression were significantly decreased compared with before treatment in both groups（ P〈0. 01）. However these score in the treatment group was significantly lower than those of in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. The adverse reaction rate of treatment group（ 6. 33%） was significantly lower than that the control group（ 19. 23%）（ χ~2= 6. 499,P = 0. 043）. Conclusion： Shugan Yiyang capsule combined venlafaxine has a significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of PE with ED. The severe ratio of CIPE-5 score and the HAD scores of anxiety and depression score are significantly decreased,with few adverse reactions,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and worthy of popularization and application.
