The compulsory approval system is one of the key issues in the reorganization of the enterprise.However,as an import,the system is facing the acclimatized problem in our country.In many cases,the courts’compulsory approval rulings sparked widespread questioning in academic and practical circles.In the occasion of tem anniversary of formal implementation of mandatory approval system in China,it is necessary to combine the actual situation in China,to examine and evaluate the full range of the system.We should explore the future development direction of the system by modifying review standards of the mandatory approval,clearing the position of the government,enhancing the credibility of the judiciary,improving program design and other measures.
