金蛭胶囊对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学及血脂的影响

Effects of Jinzhi Capsule on Hemorheology and Blood Lipids in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:观察金蛭胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效及对患者血液流变学及血脂的影响。方法:将60例急性脑梗死患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用金蛭胶囊口服。4周后观察两组治疗前后血液流变学和血脂的变化及神经功能缺损评分情况,综合评价金蛭胶囊的临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组血液流变学指标、血脂水平,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总效率76.7%,治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金蛭胶囊可有效改善血液流变学和血脂代谢,改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jinzhi Capsule in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its effect on blood lipid and blood theology of patients. Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 30 cases in each group, the control group received routine treatment, the treatment group in the control group based on the use of Jinzhi capsule and observe the changes of nerve function defect score in two groups before and after treatment and blood lipid and blood rheology in 4 after a week, comprehensive evaluation of clinical effect of Jinzhi capsule. Results After treatment, the indexes of hemorhe- ology and blood lipid in the treatment group were better than those in the control group, and the treatment group reached the total effec- tiveness of 90. 0% , compared to that of 76.7% of the control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Jinzhi capsule can effectively improve the blood rheology and blood lipid metabolism, improve neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
