摘要 电压闪变是电能质量的重要指标,而闪变测量需要提取闪变调幅波包络。提出了一种可以精确估计电压闪变调幅波的方法,使用Teager-Kaiser能量算子方法提取闪变包络,用改进的快速傅里叶变换(FFT)分析包络得到其相应的幅值、频率。考虑到FFT在非同步采样时的误差,选用旁瓣性能优良的Nuttall窗和精度较高的三谱线插值法改进FFT。给出了相应的算法公式步骤,并通过仿真试验证明所提方法的准确性和有效性。该方法计算量小,并具有较高精度,易于硬件实现。 Voltage flicker is an important index of power quality,and test flicker need to extract flicker amplitude modulator.Presents a precise method to estimate voltage flicker amplitude modulation wave,Teager-Kaiser energy operator method is used to extract the flicker envelope,then the corresponding amplitude and frequency are obtained by the improved fast Fourier transform.Considering the error of FFT under the asynchronous sampling conditions,The Nuttall window with excellent side-lobe performance and high accuracy of the triple-spectral-line interpolation algorithm are used to improve FFT.The algorithm formulas are proposed,and the simulation results prove the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.The algorithm not only has a small amount of calculation,but it also has high precision,and easy for hardware implementation.
