摘要
为了实现高精度太阳方位检测,建立了由半导体光电位置敏感器(PSD)为主、4个光电池为辅的精粗检测方法,即使用PSD精密定位,使用光电池粗略定位。使用了除法运算解决光强导致的计算误差问题,使用加热块避免PSD温漂,并使用激光笔进行了参数标定,结合有限脉冲响应滤波(FIR),提出了一种高精度太阳方位检测装置。通过方位检测实验表明,该装置在-40~60℃温度范围内测量精度高于0.05°,能够实现高精度太阳方位检测。
In order to achieve the high precision solar orientation detection,the paper was established a detection method which made up by PSD and four photocells.Used division to solve the problem of light intensity cause the calculation error.Used heating block to avoid PSD’s temperature drift,and used laser pointer performed parameter calibration.Proposed a high precision solar orientation detection device combining FIR.Made a experiment and the results showed that the device’s accuracy of measurement is higher than 0.05°in the-40℃to 60℃,to achieve high precision solar orientation detection.
