摘要
目的通过对某机加工企业存在的化学有害因素进行风险评估,确定化学物关键控制点,为同类企业职业病危害防控提供科学依据。方法对工作场所中化学有害因素的浓度进行检测,并运用定量分级法和新加坡半定量风险评估法对超标岗位进行风险分级。结果两种风险评估方法的结果具有一致性。Ⅰ级(低风险)岗位有油漆喷涂二甲苯暴露,Ⅱ级(中等风险)岗位有车架焊接和箱体外焊接二氧化锰暴露,Ⅲ级(极高风险)岗位有龙门直线焊接和转台焊接二氧化锰暴露。结论化学物关键控制点为龙门直线焊接、转台焊接、车架焊接和箱体外焊接岗位的二氧化锰暴露。
[Objective]Through the risk assessment of harmful chemicals in a machining enterprise,to determine the chemicals critical control points,and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational hazards in similar enterprises.[Methods]The concentration of harmful chemicals in work place was detected. And the quantitative classification and Singapore semi-quantitative risk assessment were also carried out to grade the unqualified posts.[Results]The results of 2 risk assessment methods were consistent. Painting posts' xylene exposure was classified as risk level Ⅰ(low), manganese dioxide exposure in frame welding and box external welding posts were level Ⅱ(medium),manganese dioxide exposure in gantry linear welding post for level Ⅲ. [Conclusion]The harmful chemicals critical control points are manganese dioxide exposure in posts of gantry linear welding,rotary welding,frame welding,box external welding.
