上海市安亭镇老人生活满意度现状及其关联因素

Life satisfaction status of the elderly and its associated factors in Anting Town of Shanghai City

目的调查上海市安亭镇老年人生活满意度现状及其关联因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法,在安亭镇居民年龄为60周岁及以上的老年人中进行抽样,共获得调查问卷860份;采用自行设计的老年人生活满意度调查表对该地区老年人进行调查,对调查表结果进行统计分析。结果该地区老年人生活满意度为86.98%,婚姻状况和家人关系是老年人生活满意度的关联因素。结论上海市城郊安亭镇老年人生活满意度总体水平较高,未婚、丧偶或离婚以及家庭关系一般或差的老年人需要被重点关注。

[Objective] To investigate the life satisfaction status of the elderly in Anting Town of Shanghai, analyze its associated factors. [Methods] Elderly residents above 60 years old in Anting Town were selected by multi-stage random sampling to conduct the survey and 860 vaild questionnaires were collected. The self-designed questionnaire of elderly life satisfaction was employed to investigate the elderly in this area, and then, giving statistic analysis on the investigation results. [Results ] The life satisfaction rate of the elderly in this area was 86.98% which was at a relatively high level. Marital status and family relationship were the associated factors which influenced the life satisfaction of the elderly. [ Conclusion ] The life satisfaction of the elderly in Anting Town of Shanghai is at a relatively high level. More attention should be paid to those who are unmarried, loss of the spouse, divorced, or with not good family relationship.
