推进"一带一路"建设,除了在沿线地区寻求战略突破之外,更重要的是开展内部建设。其中,建设"丝绸之路经济带"作为"一带一路"战略的重要组成部分,如何创新发展模式,为外围国家和地区实现转型发展探索路径、提供示范,显得尤为重要。因此,在推进"丝绸之路经济带"过程中,应根据"一带一路"框架下我国区域开发新格局及其时代特征,在深入实施区域总体发展战略的基础上,把分区推进与联动发展结合起来,进一步加强东中西互联互通,促进经济转型升级与区域经济协调发展。

Besides seeking strategic breakthrough in areas , the internal construction is also im-portant to push forward the construction of uThe Belt and Road Initiative＂. As for the construction of ^Silk Road Economic Belt＂ as an important part of , how to innovate the development model ,explore the path and provide demonstration for the transformation and development of the peripheral countries and regions is particularly important. Therefore , in the process of promoting uSilk Road E- conomic Belt＂ , with the framework and the in -d ep th implementation of the regional overalldevelopment strategy , we should combine zone promotion with linkage development to further strength-en interconnection between the east and the west, promoting the economic transition and coordinated development of regional economic.
