微泡造影剂在左心超声中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 左心超声造影在评估心功能,诊断心尖部血栓和心肌致密化不全,鉴别真、假室壁瘤等方面可提供重要的信息,其准确性和可重复性好。心肌超声造影采用"微泡爆破技术"实时观测心肌区域内微泡的充填,可间接反映心肌灌注状态。微泡介导的靶向造影剂还可为基因或药物的靶向治疗提供重要载体。该文介绍微泡造影剂在左心超声显像中的应用进展。
