This paper, taking the trading efficiency of second-handed houses as a target, with the aid of the participation of many transaction objects and experts, makes an analysis on multiple indicators con-cerning transaction period, and price satisfaction, etc. in second - handed housing trading activities, employs interval intuitionistic mixed weighted aggregation operators to comprehensively integrate the group proposals, makes a sorting on the brokerage efficiency of the three main commission modes by sequencing function of interval intu-itionistic fuzzy set and selects the optimal mode.
