摘要
针对我国现行高校的法律人才培养机制大都存在的人才培养上的目标牵引机制不明、协同创新理念缺失、联合培养机制运行不畅、成效评价机制不合理等问题,提出了创新法律人才培养机制要坚持培养目标的法律职业导向和培养类型的应用型价值取向,要坚持以"协同创新"理念为引领,以深化联合培养机制为抓手,以构建合理的成效评价机制为保障的具体优化路径。
nIn view of the problems existed in current law talents cultivation mechanism of colleges in our country such as the undefined goal traction mechanism, the lack of collaborative innovation ideas, the unperfected running of joint training mechanism and the unreasonable performance evaluation mechanism, this paper puts forward some specific optimization paths, including that we should follow the legal professional guidance of the training goals and applied value orientation of the training types, insist on taking "collaborative innovation" as a guidance, deepening the joint training mechanism as a starting point and constructing a reasonable performance evaluation mechanism as a guarantee.
