摘要
目前,微课在高职院校其他专业都已经被广泛的应用,但在体育教学这一块还一直是空白。研究以微课理论为基础,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法对微课理论基础、微课教学法的教学内容、教学方法、教学组织进行了研究和设计;通过问卷调查法对实验对象对健美操认识的基本情况和身体素质进行了初步的了解,从而保证了实验的有效性和科学性;研究者采用实验法将微课在健美操选修课程中的应用和传统教学法在健美操选修课中的应用的实验结果进行了对比分析,希望通过研究可以使得高职院校健美操选修课教学的授课方式和内容能够得到改善,同时也能够使得健美操的教学方法更丰富。
At present, the micro - class in other vocational colleges has been widely used, but there is still a vacancy in the teaching of physical education. Based on the theory of micro - course, this paper studies and designs the teaching content, teaching method and teaching organization of the course of micro - course and the teaching method of micro - course by means of literature and expert interviews. Through the questionnaire survey, Aerobics understanding of the basic situation and physi-cal quality of a preliminary understanding, so as to ensure the effectiveness of the experiment and scientific; researchers use the experimental method of micro - class in aerobics elective courses in the application and traditional teaching method in aero-bics elective The results of the application of the course are compared and analyzed. It is hoped that the teaching method and content of the aerobics elective course in higher vocational colleges can be improved by the research of this thesis, and the teaching method of aerobics can be made richer.
