摘要
根据炸药水中爆炸气泡脉动的特点,建立了一套测量气泡脉动过程的试验装置。利用硅压阻压力传感器测量压力变化过程,通过得到气泡脉动的压力—时间曲线,计算获得气泡脉动冲量;并采用100 g的Pentolite球形药球对测量结果进行了验证。结果表明,采用该试验装置得到的压力变化曲线的基线平滑稳定,基本无漂移,且试验重复性好,能够满足准确测量炸药水中爆炸气泡脉动冲量的要求。通过该试验研究能够为水中炸药配方设计以及水面舰艇的防护设计提供依据。
According to the characterization of underwater explosion,a testing device was designed to measure the bubble pulsing process. The pressure-time curve was abtained by silicon piezoresistive sensors. Through the gained pressure-time curve,the bubble impulsion was calculated. The 100 g spheric pentolite was tested to validate the results. The results show that with this testing device,the baseline of pressure-time curve is smooth and driftless. Meanwhile the testing results show good reproducibility and can satisfy the measurement of bubble impulsion induced by underwater explosion. Scientific basis can be provide for formulation design of underwater explosive and protection design of surface warship.
