慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗效果观察探析

Observation on Clinical Treatment Effect of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Diseases in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics

目的探讨中药内服外洗的方式治疗慢性盆腔炎妇产科临床治疗效果以及安全可靠性。方法方便选取曾经就职的附属医院2015年3月—2016年6月期间收治的98例慢性盆腔炎妇产科患者作为研究对象,依据随机平均原则划分为参照组与研究组各49例。参照组49例患者给予西药抗生素治疗,研究组49例患者行中药内服外洗的方式治疗。对研究组患者与参照组患者的临床治疗效果以及不良反应进行记录与分析。结果经治疗后发现研究组患者的治疗总有效率达到95.92%,显著高于参照组患者的治疗总有效率69.39%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.027 6,P=0.000 4P<0.05);经治疗后研究组患者的不良反应发生率为8.16%,显著低于参照组患者的不良反应发生率34.69%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.242 4,P=0.001 3<0.05)。结论对慢性盆腔炎妇产科患者采取中药内服外洗的方式治疗可取得良好的效果,不仅能够帮助患者改善病情,且不良反应少,安全性能高,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To study the clinical treatment effect and reliability of drug washing and drinking decoction for chronic pelvic inflammation diseases in the department of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods Convenient selection 98 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation diseases in the department of gynecology and obstetrics admitted and treated in a former affiliated hospital from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each, the control group were treated with antibiotics, while the research group were treated with drug washing and drinking decoction, and the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions were recorded and analyzed. Results After treatment, the total treatment effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(95.92% vs69.39%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.027 6,P=0.000 4, <0.05), after treatment, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group(8.16% vs 34.69%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.242 4,P=0.001 3 <0.05). Conclusion The effect of drug washing and drinking decoction for chronic pelvic inflammation diseases in the department of gynecology and obstetrics is good, which can not only help the patients improve the disease with few adverse reactions and high safety, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
