复方甘草酸苷与阿维A胶囊联合治疗斑块型银屑病疗效和安全性分析

Analysis of Curative Effect and Safety of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Acitretin Capsules in Treatment of Plaque Psoriasis

目的探析复方甘草酸苷与阿维A胶囊联合治疗斑块型银屑病疗效和安全性。方法方便选取该中心2012年1月—2016年11月期间诊治的53例斑块型银屑病患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组26例采取阿维A胶囊治疗,治疗组27例采取复方甘草酸苷与阿维A胶囊联合治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后PASI评分及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率92.59%与对照组73.08%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PASI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PASI均降低,且治疗组PASI(2.0±1.0)分显著低于对照组(5.6±2.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率14.81%与对照组30.77%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于斑块型银屑病患者,复方甘草酸苷与阿维A胶囊联合治疗效果确切,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the curative effect and safety of compound glycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules in treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods 53 cases of patients with plaque psoriasis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2012 to November 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 26 cases adopted the acitretin capsules, while the treatment group with 27 cases adopted the compound glycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules, and the treatment effect, PASI score before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the total effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance(92.59% vs 73.08%)(P<0.05), before treatment, the difference in the PASI score between the two groups was not obvious(P >0.05), after treatment, the PASI decreased in the two groups, and the PASI score in the treatment group was obviously lower than that in the control group[(2.0±1.0) vs(5.6±2.2)], and the difference was obvious with statistical significance, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group was obvious with statistical significance(14.81% vs 30.77%)(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of compound glycyrrhizin and acitretin capsules in treatment of plaque psoriasis is definite with good safety, which is worth clinical promotion.
