雷公藤多苷联合吗替麦考酚酯对难治性肾病综合征患者肾功能的影响

Combined with Tripterygium Glycosides of Mycophenolate Mofetil on Refractory Nephrotic Syndrome Patients with Renal Function

目的探讨雷公藤多苷联合吗替麦考酚酯对难治性肾病综合征(RNS)患者肾功能的影响。方法选择该院2011年6月—2015年5月期间收治的170例RNS患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组(85例)与对照组(85例)。对照组采用吗替麦考酚酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加以雷公藤多苷联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、肾功能及相关指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率92.94%高于对照组77.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组BUN、Scr及Cys C水平均下降,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组血清白蛋白及24 h尿蛋白水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RNS患者给予雷公藤多苷联合吗替麦考酚酯治疗临床治疗优势突出,治疗后患者肾功能水平显著改善,有效减少患者治疗后反复发作的现象,两药联合作用效果显著,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of the combined treatment of the glycosides of the glycosides of F(f) on renal function in patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS). Methods 170 cases of RNS patients admitted to our hospital from June 2011 to May 2015 were selected as the research object, randomly divided into observation group(85 cases) and control group(85 cases). The control group was treated with the treatment of the control group, the observation group on the basis of the control group were treated with the combination of glycosides. Comparison of two groups of patients with treatment effect, renal function and related indicators. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 92.94% higher than 77.65% in the control group,significant difference(P< 0.05); two groups of BUN, Scr and Cys C levels were decreased after treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was significant(P< 0.05) and the observation group; albumin and 24 h urinary protein levels than the control group, the difference was significant( P< 0.05). Conclusion RNS patients treated with Tripterygium Glycosides treated with mycophenolate mofetil treatment to highlight the advantages, the renal function of patients after treatment significantly improved, effectively reduce the recurrent patients after the treatment of the phenomenon, the role of the two drugs combined with significant effect, with a high clinical value.
