摘要
目的对小儿血压透析过程中并发症的观察措施以及护理价值进行分析。方法随机选取小儿血液透析患儿60例,时间为2015年1月—2016年10月,区组随机化法分为两组,其中实验组30例小儿血液透析患儿接受针对性护理干预,对照组30例小儿血液透析患儿接受常规护理干预,对比2组小儿血液透析患儿的透析效果、并发症的几率。结果实验组小儿血液透析治疗的效果明显优于对照组小儿患者(P<0.05);实验组并发症的几率(43.33%)明显低于对照组并发症的几率(90.00%)(P<0.05)。结论小儿血液透析患者在接受治疗的过程,加强其并发症的观察和有效的护理干预,不仅可以促进其治疗效果的提高,同时可以降低小儿患者的并发症的几率,保证其治疗的安全性,改善其预后。
Objective To analyze the clinical observation and nursing value of children with hemodialysis complications.Methods Random selection 60 cases of children with hemodialysis admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the experimental group adopted the targeted nursing intervention, while the control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, and the hemodialysis effect and probability of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effect of children with hemodialysis in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group(P <0.05), and the occurrence probability of complications in the experimental group was obviously lower than those in the control group(43.33% vs90.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment course of children with hemodialysis, enhancing the observation of complications and effective nursing intervention can not only promote the improvement of treatment effect but also reduce the occurrence probability of complications, ensure the treatment safety and improve the prognosis.
