Value of Different MRI Sequences in Diagnosis of Rotator Cuff Injury

目的探析MRI不同序列诊断肩袖损伤的临床价值。方法随机选取该院2015年2月—2017年1月期间收治的60例肩袖损伤患者,均采取MRI不同序列扫描,分析其对肩袖损伤的检出率。结果 60例患者中39例单纯一个肌腱损伤,14例患者2个肌腱损伤,7例患者3个肌腱损伤。双斜冠状位对冈上肌肌腱的检出率为98.21%与斜冠状位89.29%、横断位71.43%、斜矢状位44.64%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);横断位对冈下肌肌腱检出率94.73%与其他方位比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDFS对冈上肌肌腱检出率100%,对冈下肌肌腱检出率93.33%,对肩胛下肌肌腱80.0%与T1WI和T2WI对其检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双斜冠状位PDFS序列可将患者肩袖损伤的情况充分显示,清晰显示其细微变化,大大提高其诊断准确率,应用前景好。

Objective To study the clinical value of different MRI sequences in diagnosis of rotator cuff injury. Methods Random selection 60 cases of patients with rotator cuff injury admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2017 were selected and adopted the different MRI sequences for scanning, and the test rate of rotator cuff injury was analyzed. Results Of 60 cases of patients, there were 39 cases with single tendon injury, 14 cases with double tendon injuries and 7 cases with 3 tendon injuries, and the test rate of double-oblique coronal set and oblique coronal set, transverse section and oblique sagittal set to the supraspinatus tendon was respectively 98.21%, 89.29%, 71.43% and 44.64%,and the difference was statstically sighificant(P<0.05), and the test rate of transverse section to infraspinatus muscle tendon was 94.73%, and the difference between it and other sites was statstically sighificant(P<0.05), and the test rate of PDFS to supraspinatus tendon and infraspinatus muscle tendon and musculi subscapularis was respectively 100%, 93.33% and80.0%, and the difference in the test rate between it and T1 WI and T2 WI was statstically sighificant(P<0.05). Conclusion The double-oblique coronal set PDFS can fully display the rotator cuff injury of patients, clearly show the subtle changes,greatly improve the diagnosis accurate rate and the application prospect is good.
