Garviecin LG34抗菌机理研究

摘要 以金黄色葡萄球菌为指示菌,研究了细菌素Garviecin LG34对革兰氏阳性菌的抗菌机理。结果表明,Garviecin LG34导致金黄色葡萄球菌细胞内的K^+及260 nm和280 nm处紫外吸收物质的大量渗漏,并导致平均通道荧光强度(MnX)的显著提高。Garviecin LG34导致了金黄色葡萄球菌细胞膜上形成了较大的孔洞,细胞膜的渗透性增大,从而导致细胞死亡。 Using Staphylococcus aureus as indicator strain, the antimicrobial mechanism of Garviecin LG34 against Gram-posi-tive bacteria is researched . The results show that Garviecin LG34 led to the great leakage of K+, and cell substance absorbing ultraviolet in 260 nm and 280 nm, and the significant increase in MnX. Garviecin LG34 results in the produce of large hole in the cell membrane of Staphylococcus aureus and the leakage increase and finially led the cell dead.
