摘要
近年来,我国食品中砷污染事件频繁发生,严重影响人们的生命健康。因此,以食品安全的角度看食品中砷含量的检测是非常重要的任务。就食品中重金属砷的来源、危害及其检测方法进行阐述。
In the recent years, arsenic contamination in food in our country has occurred frequently, which seriously affects people＇s life and health. Therefore, detection of arsenic in food is a very important task. In this paaper, the source, harm and detection methods of heavy metal arsenic in food are described.
