摘要
针对"乳品安全与质量控制"课程教学过程中存在的问题,通过倡导新的教学理念、注重教学内容的更新、强调重要概念辨析及改进教学手段等方式进行改革探讨,以激发学生学习兴趣、提高教学质量,并达到良好的教学效果。
Targeted the main problem for Improving of Milk Production Safety and Quality course in teaching practice, this paper mainly aims at explorering reform measures of this course. In order to stimulate student's interest, improve the quality of teaching and achieve the goal of effective teaching of the course, this paper discusses teaching concept, renew of teaching content, differentiation of important concepts and improve teaching methods.
