医学教育中,人文素质培养是重要组成部分之一,现代医学对新一代医学生不仅仅要求懂得并熟练掌握医学知识及技能,还要提升对人文素质培养的重视度,懂得人文社会科学,临床教学实践中应不断强化人文素质教育,在整个医学教育氛围中融入人文精神,改变传统医学教育观念与模式,真正建立起和经济市场竞争、社会发展同步前行的教育理念,并付诸实践,强化出医学与人文学科的关联,旨在培养出一代代优秀且具有高人文素质的新型医学人才。该文对临床教学实践中加强医学生人文素质培养的意义展开探讨。

In the medical education, the humanistic quality culture is an important component, and the modern medicine not only requires the new-generation medical students to master the medical knowledge and skill but also improve the at-tention to the humanistic quality culture and master the humanistic social science, and in the clinical teaching practice, we should not only intensify the humanistic quality education, integrate the humanistic spirits in the whole medical education atmosphere, change the traditional medical education notion and model and truly establish the education notion consistent with the economic market completion and social development and put into practice and enhance the connection of medicine and humanity in order to culture the newly excellent and high-quality medical talents, and the paper studies the signifi-cance of enhancing the humanistic quality culture of medical students in the clinical teaching practice.
