Potential Risk Prevention in the Nursing Management Work in the Department of Internal Medicine

目的探讨分析内科护理管理工作中存在的潜在风险,总结相应的风险防范措施。方法分析该院内科2015年7月—2016年7月收治的80例患者实施护理管理前后护理风险发生情况以及护理投诉率。结果管理后护理风险发生率(2.5%)显著低于管理前(33.75%),管理后护理投诉率(1.25%)显著低于管理前(11.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内科护理工作中存在诸多潜在风险,护理管理中采用有效的风险防范措施可有效防止护理风险事件的发生,提高护理质量,减少护理投诉,值得推荐。

Objective To discuss and analyze the potential risks in the nursing management work in the department of in-ternal medicine and summarize the corresponding risk prevention measures. Methods The occurrence of nursing risks and nursing dispute rate before and after the implementation of nursing management admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of nursing risks after management was obviously lower than that before management（2.5% vs 33.75%）, after management, the nursing dispute rate was obviously lower than that before management（1.25% vs 11.25%）, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There are most potential risks in the nursing work in the department of internal medicine, and we should adopt the effective risk pre-vention measures in the nursing management in order to effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing risk events, improving the nursing quality and reducing the nursing disputes, and it is worth recommendation.
