浅析卫生监督优先问题

Analysis of Priority Problem of Health Supervision

对深圳市坪山新区卫生监督所卫生监督优先考虑和解决的问题进行了解,通过调查研究显示,前五个问题是理顺卫生监督体制、加大卫生监督工作经费投入、职业卫生职责明确、进一步明确食品卫生监督职责、明确卫生监督人员身份问题。之后需增加编制、提升人员的队伍素质、加强助理卫生监督员管理这些问题,且当前迫切需要解决的问题是加快卫生监督参照公务员管理改革。文章针对卫生监督的优先问题进行探究。

The paper knows the priority problem of health supervision in the health supervision institution in Pingshan new district in Shenzhen, the investigation shows that the top five problems are streamlining the health supervision system, in-creasing the health supervision work expense input, determining the occupational health responsibility, further determining the food health supervision responsibilities and determining the identification of health supervision staff, and then we should increase the formation, improve the staff team quality and enhance the management of health supervision assistants and the urgent problem currently is to speed up the management reform of health supervision referring to the civil servants, and the paper studies the priority problems of health supervision.
