摘要
目的研究护士人文关怀与职业认同感之间的关系。方法通过问卷调查的方法来了解该院临床护士的人文关怀行为和职业认同感的相关情况,采用关怀评估问卷和职业认同表等调研工具,对该院108名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果临床护士的人文关怀行为的评分(242±41.60)分,从整体水平来看,处于中等偏上水平。护士的职业认同感评分为(34.82±8.27)分处于中等水平。对于护士的人文关怀行为与其职业认同感的相关性进行研究,差异有统计学意义(r=0.162,P=0.000<0.001)。结论人文关怀评估问卷得分高的护士职业认同得分也相对较高,可见通过增强临床护士人文关怀行为来提升护士的职业认同感是可行的,通过提高护士的职业认同感来提高临床护士的人文关怀也是可以行,可以说临床护士人文关怀和职业认同感成正相关,是互为表里,相互影响,相互促进的关系。
Objective To research the correlation between the humanistic care of nurses and professional identification. Methods The correlation between the humanistic care behavior of clinical nurses and professional identification was known by the questionnaires, 108 cases of clinical nurses were surveyed by the scale. Results The score of humanistic care behav-ior of clinical nurses was (242±41.6scores, above the average level, and the professional identification score of nurses was (34.82±8.27) scores, above the average level, and the correlation showed that with obvious statistical significance( r=0.162, P=0.000〈0.001). Conclusion The higher the score, the higher the professional identification, which shows that enhancing the humanistic care behavior of clinical nurses is feasible to improve the humanistic car of nurses, and the humanistic care of clinical nurses is positively correlated with the professional identification, the two are a relationship of interaction and mutual promotion.
