摘要
目的了解卫生高职院校在校学生营养知识现况,为培养学生健康饮食行为和开展营养健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层多级随机抽样的方法,对某卫生高职院校372名学生进行营养知识的问卷调查。结果调查回收的378份问卷中,有效问卷372份,有效率98.41%。调查结果显示,营养不良、正常、超重及肥胖者分别占被调查人数的26.61%,69.62%,3.49%,学生营养状况与是否接受过营养知识教育无关(χ~2=1.514,P=0.469>0.05),与所在系部的关系差异无统计学意义(χ~2=6.589,P=0.355);对营养知识平均知晓率为65.80%,营养知识知晓水平与是否接受过营养知识教育有关,接受过营养知识教育的学生得分显著高于没有接受营养知识教育的学生(χ~2=11.162,P=0.004<0.01)。结论该校学生在营养知识认知、掌握方面较欠缺,提示出该校为学生提供正规营养教育渠道的必要性。
Objective To know the nutrition knowledge status of students in the health vocational college and provide sci-entific basis for the culture of healthy dieting behavior of students and the development of nutrition health education. Methods The nutrition knowledge of 372 cases of students in some health vocational college was surveyed by the question-naires according to the cluster and stratified multistage random sampling. Results In the 378 pieces of questionnaires, there were 372 pieces of effective questionnaires, and the effective rate was 98.41%, and the investigation results showed that the ratio of malnutrition, normal, overweight and obesity respectively 26.61%,69.62%,3.49%, and the nutrition status of stu-dents had no correlation with whether the students accepted the nutrition knowledge education (χ2=1.514, P=0.469〉0.05 ), and correlation with the department was not statistically significant(χ2=6.589, P=0.355), and the average awareness rate of nutrition knowledge was 65.80%, and the awareness level of nutrition knowledge was correlated with whether the students accept the nutrition knowledge or not, and the score of students with nutrition knowledge education was obviously higher than that of students without nutrition knowledge education (χ2=11.162, P=0.004〈0.01). Conclusion The awareness and mastery of nutrition knowledge of students is lack, which reminds that it is necessary for the school to provide the regular nutrition education channel.
