社区老年心脑血管疾病患者自我管理现状及影响因素分析探究

Analysis and Study of Self-management Status and Influence Factors of Community Senile Patients with Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

目的分析社区老年心脑血管疾病患者自我管理现状及影响因素。方法将128例社区老年心脑血管疾病患者纳入研究,分析患者自我管理能力情况及相关影响因素。结果现状下社区老年心脑血管疾病患者的自我管理能力水平偏低,社区患者的自我效能低、社会支持薄弱是主要影响因素。结论有必要对社区老年心脑血管疾病患者加强指导教育,给予社会支持,以此提高患者的自我管理能力,进而促进生活质量的提高。

Objective To analyze the self-management status and influence factors of community senile patients with car-diovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods 128 cases of community senile patients with cardiovascular and cere-brovascular diseases were included for research and the self-management ability and related influence factors of patients were analyzed. Results The self-management ability level of community senile patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovas-cular diseases is low currently, and the main influence factors of community patients were the low self-efficacy and weak social support. Conclusion It is necessary to enhance the guidance education of senile patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and give the social support thus improving the self-management ability of patients and promoting the improvement of quality of life.
