摘要
通过还原能力的测定和DPPH·,O_2^-·,·OH清除率的测定,体外抗氧化试验结果表明,猴头菌多糖具有较强的抗氧化活性,在试验的3种多糖中,抗氧化能力依次为固态发酵产物多糖HeP3>液体发酵菌丝体多糖HeP1>发酵液多糖HeP2。
Through determinations of reducing capacity, DPPH ·free radical scavenging rate, O2 -· scavenging rate, and ·OH scavenging rate, the in-vitro antioxidant test results have shown that the fermentation broth polysaccharide of Hericium erinaceus has a strong ability of scavenging the free radical. Among the three kinds of polysaccharides in this experiment, the antioxidant capacity of HeP3〉HeP1〉HeP2.
