摘要
对我国野生蔬菜资源的特点和部分野生蔬菜营养价值进行了简要阐述,并就当前野生蔬菜资源开发与利用、加工产品的种类和研究进展进行综述。同时,对我国野生蔬菜加工应用发展前景进行展望。
In this paper, the characteristics of wild vegetable resources and the nutritional value of some wild vegetables are briefly introduced, and reviewe the development and utilization, the types of processed products and research progress of cur-rent wild vegetable resources in China. At the same time, the prospect of the development and application of wild vegetable processing are discussed.
