山西省网球运动的发展历史与现状

The Research on the Development History and Present Situation of Shanxi Amateur Tennis

采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,对山西省网球运动的发展历史和现状进行研究。指出山西省网球运动曾有过辉煌的历史,但发展现状不容乐观。存在的主要问题是场地数量严重不足,分布不均衡,利用率较低;教练员水平参差不齐,专职化程度较低;网球培训市场不成熟;后备人才培养滞后,普通民众参与度不高;区域发展不平衡等。

Using literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research meth- ods, the development history and present situation of tennis in Shanxi Province are studied. The results show that although Shanxi Province tennis sport had a glorious history, but the situation is not optimistic. The main prob- lems are serious shortage of venues, unbalanced distribution and low utilization rate of venues. The level of coa- ches is uneven and low degree of specialization. Tennis training market is not mature. The training of reserve personnel is lagged, general public participation is not high and regional development is unbalanced.
